Hope Blooms

Get ready for this amazing Christmas release going on over at Power Poppy, by the amazing illustrator Marcella Hawley.  You can guarantee when she “whips something up” that it is going to be truly amazing.  Best release ever!  You are going to be left drooling over these digital and polymer stamps.  Do not wait, go grab them now. Water your thirst for color!

I am squeezing in some time while prepping for the November Boot Camp, because I just can’t stand to miss this release.  It is so good for the soul!

With all the choices, I decided to print out one of the more simple of the designs (due to time constraint), and colored it up.   I love when something is white, you can just keep it basically white, and add color to the background instead.  This makes the eye see white in the design.  Did I mention I actually have a thing for moss, the fuzzy, fluffy little creature that it is, makes me just want to cuddle it, kinda like a teddy bear, and then there is dirt…I love the smell of dirt.  Mark me off as one of your crazy friends.

Creating this Card:

The layout design is more simple, and yet still elegant, with the buttons and a bit of bling.  Using the Scalloped Rectangles from La La Land Crafts to create the stitched layers, and a bit of foam tape to pop each layer up, was just the perfect amount of dimension.

Be sure and find time to check out all the beautiful card that were created by the whole Bloom Brigade team, and you can find their links on the Power Poppy blog right here PowerPoppy.blogspot.com.

There are also some bundle options for you to choose from, or you can just get the single stamp sets, or digitals.  Be sure and check them all out.  I can not wait to show you more from this release over the next week.
