Are you ready for another piece of inspiration from the new Whimsy Stamps release?  I told you it was a fabulous release.  I CAN HARDLY STAND IT!

Creating this Card:

If you love cows you just might want this stamp because not only is he hilarious, but this set also comes with the complimenting die.

When creating this card I knew I would use some of the new Bandana 6×6 paper packet, and combine it with the Cow Print background stamp.  I stamped the background using the Canary Yellow Karin watercolor brush marker.  By coloring directly on the stamp, and spritzing it with water, I was able to stamp directly onto the paper.  I used my yellow and gray Sketchmarker Brush Pro alcohol markers to create the shading and shadows for the cow print, and then this layer was adhered to the card base.

The Bandana paper was die cut with the Extreme Postage die, and then popped up off the cow print.  The contrast between the yellow and blue was just perfect, and a favorite color combo.

Once the cow was colored, and popped up inside the postage opening, I added the sentiment in the lower corner to balance it.  Using the WTF? Word and shadow die I pushed the card to the edge with a little attitude to go with the snarky sentiment…and I love it!
