For all you doggy-lovers, Whimsy Stamps has not forgotten about you.  Check out this NEW adorable clear stamp set, Doggie Sketches.  I kept the layout simple, but still gave it a fun dimensional look.  Check out the details below.

Creating this Card:

The fist step to making this card was to random stamp some of the flowers from the clear stamp set Dandiwish.  I then took one marker color and colored around the flowers.  after it was colored I took Blending Solution and a piece of burlap and textured the background.  The flower shadows were then added back in with the marker color one shade darker.

The background was then die cut out using the Extreme Postage die, and popped up on the card base.  Two more dies from the Extreme Postage were used to create a red frame, and then added to the front of the card.  After coloring up the doggie, and hand cutting it out, I popped it up on the front of the card.

To finish off the card I added a few of the sentients from the Doggie Sketches set.
