Happy Birthday

Do you ever feel like making a card, but not in the mood to color?  That was kind of how I was feeling, and I thought this stamp worked perfect for my mood.  All I did was random stamping, minimal coloring, and a few dies cuts to create this fun card.

Creating this Card:

Using the new Fill a Stuff Jam Packed stamp set, I stamped the packages using my favorite stamp pads by Catherine Pooler.  The color stamp pad I used for this card was Dress Blues.  I then took my OLO B4.7 and colored in all the stars.  That’s it…just one marker.  I also colored up ribbon to match, while I had the marker out, and set it aside to dry.

The random stamped paper was die cut out using the Zig Zag Stitched rectangle die, and layered onto a piece of paper I colored using the same blue OLO marker.  All I did was color the edges that you can see.  This layer was adhered to the card base.  Next I die cut the stars using Upon a Star two times on white, and colored the edge of one piece.  After adhering them together I wrapped the ribbon, and tied a knot on the front of the panel.  This layer was popped up off the background layers.

I die cut the OMG! die twice, colored one layers edges and adhered them together.  This was popped up, and a sentiment stamp was added underneath.  I think it made a fun birthday card, don’t you?
