Cold season is coming and Whimsy has you all taken care of with this new stamp set from illustrator Dustin Pike. As always release week is super exciting with all the new goodies being released. You can check out the whole release HERE. Today I am sharing one of the “get better” cards I created using this Rats You’re Sick stamp set. Better grab it while you can and create a stash of get well cards to be on the ready.

Creating this Card:

This simple layout helps to mass-produce this card. Instead of using the outside part of the A2 Swiss Dots die, I decided to use all the dots that get removed instead. After die cutting white cardstock, I popped out all the circles and added foam tape to the back of them. I cut down a piece of the Mix n Match – Neutrals cardstock and layered it onto the card base. The outer piece of the Swiss Dots die was used as a guide for where too pop up the circles, and then the outer piece was removed (to be saved for another card).

I colored and hand cut out the image, and popped it up on the card front. A couple of the sentiments from the Rats You’re Sick set were added to the card, and I finished it off with the UGH! Word and Shadow die.
