Happy Halloween

Are you all ready for the fall festivities? Halloween is just around the corner, and a perfect time for spider webs and gargoyles to make their appearance. I am showcasing the NEW Spider Web background stamp, and the ATC Halloween Scene clear stamps for this card. I thought I would keep it in more traditional colors to give it that eerie look.

Creating This Card:

I grabbed my Catherine Pooler ink pads, as the selection is supreme! After stamping the Slimline Spider Web background, I inked the edges to give it a grungy look. This layer was placed behind the black Wonky Windows frame. The frame from the ATC Halloween Scene, and the “Happy Halloween” were stamped in the orange, and the edges were also inked up. I colored the gargoyle from Gargoyle and Friends, and hand cut it out. The image was placed on the frame using foam tape, over the popped up sentiment. I guess I should mention I created the trees inside the frame to break up the white areas a bit too.
