If you thought that last kitty in the tree was causing trouble, wait until you check this one out. I really enjoyed using a couple different stamp sets to create so many different looks to my cards this week. This card especially made me smile.
Creating this Card:
Back in the day before embossing folders were a total hit, we used to use a score board and bone folder to create an embossed look. I decided to do that with the background of this image. I used the Scallop and Dots die set for all the other layers. These layers were adhered together and popped up off the card like a frame. I thought the dot paper from the Wrapped pattern paper packet was prrr-fect for this card, because it was bold and fun. Before adhering the frame to the card I wrapped it with some bakers twine. The kitty was colored, cut out and added to the top of the card. I finished it off with one of the fun sentiments from the stamp set.
