Creating this Card:
I love the look of the Chippy Paint background, so I stamped it in black, and die cut the background with the Peekaboo Windows 2 die. This made lots of openings for the little ghosts from the Boo Ghosts NEW clear stamp set. I gave them a little color and added them into the popped up windows. Ghosts are easy to color as there is not a lot of coloring if you want the to look white or glowing. I chose glowing for this card. Check out the products below for this quick card.
