Another clean and simple card coming your way today with the most “killer” shark set out there! This set is JAWsome don’t you think? It is also just in time for Shark Week. This shark is sending out big hugs, and I think he is almost cute enough to give hugs back too.
Creating this Card:
The card base was created using the Cornered Rectangle slimline die. In order to make it, I scored, then folded, the 11 x 4.25 piece of white cardstock. Then ran it through my die cut machine using the Cornered Rectangle die. The paper was only under the bottom portion of the die. I ran the rest of the layers through as well, but for these I didn’t need to fold the paper.
After die cutting the layers I pulled out the top white layer and ran it through the Wave Lengths embossing folder to create the texture. The sentiment is from the Big Hugs word die, and was glued straight onto the top layer.
Last was to color up the shark, die cut it out using the Lookin’ Shark outline die, and then pop it up off the card. Quite simple if you think about it, but still has HUGE impact. You can find all the fun products through the links below.
