Too Hot!

It is a new year! Time to laugh more, and these silly Little Devils just might do the trick! They are into such crazy mischief, and would make the perfect Valentines Day card. The new release from Whimsy Stamps is now available, and you will want them in your hot little hands. Dustin Pike does it again!

Creating this Card:

I wanted to give the look of the paper being pulled back to expose the sentiment, so for this card I first stamped the Floating Hearts stamp using my Rockin’ Red stamp pad. Catherine Poolers ink gives such a great ink impression every time.

I stamped, cut out the sentiment, and then layered it in the complimenting colors. The sentiment was then popped up in the corner of the card layers using foam tape. The white cardstock was cut at an angle with scissors in the upper corner, and then I distressed the cut edge before rolling it down a bit. After coloring up the two images, I hand cut them out, and popped them up on the card.

You might notice that the little devil towards the top has his hand on the page curl, so that it looks like he is pulling it downwards. Cute right?
