Check out this tag card using a fun tag die. I thought it would make the perfect card for a teacher who has dedicated their time to their students all year long. It is definitely time to celebrate at the school-years end. This is one of the latest from the Whimsy Stamps release.
Creating this Card:
For this card I cut out two white pieces of cardstock using the new Mini Slim Tag die, and another piece from the Farmhouse 6×6 paper packet. The pattern paper was adhered to one of the white pieces of die cut paper. I created a folded “hinge” using scrap white cardstock, and placed it inside so that the tag would fold into a card. Next I colored up the image and added it to the front of the card. The “eyelet” piece was die cut out and added to the tag. A cut another strip from the same pattern paper and added it to the lower portion of the page, popped up for dimension. To finish it off the Celebrate word and shadow die was cut and popped up on the front of the card. Simple and elegant.
