I just love this card. I created it slightly outside the box, so to speak. If you look really close there is a kitty in the tree, but the sentiment is covering it up. I love the feel of the color combination, used with the paper packet. What a fun way to create a simple Christmas card.

Creating this Card:
I created a frame from the Wrapped pattern paper packet, using the Scallops and Dots basic die set. The frame was popped up off the card, and I placed a white piece in the background. I colored and cut out three trees, and popped them up inside the frame. I used the Merriest Sentiment stamp set to create the Fa La La, and placed a piece on each tree. Just so you know, I did carefully (while holding my breath) cut the FaLaLaLaLa apart using super sharp scissors…GULP…but it ended up okay. An easier way is to just block off the portions you do not want to stamp….then there is that! Grab your goodies soon and get working on those cards!!
