Looking for the perfect stamp set for that firefighter?  This stamp set is the best.  A great way to thank a firefighter.  I created a fun and simple background for this card using some acetate.  Check out the technique below.

Creating the Background:

If you want to create the background like on the card, you can random stamp the background in your favorite color.  Set this panel aside and grab some acetate.  I used three colors of OLO markers and scribbled (literally) the color on the acetate.  Once it dried on the acetate I spritzed the scribbled ink with rubbing alcohol (70% or a little higher).  The colors meld together.  Once it is dry I adhered it over the stamped panel.  Make sure the colored acetate side faces inward as to not have it scratch off.  A fun way to add an added layer of color with alcohol markers.
